I offer individually tailored coaching sessions that can help you navigate under pressure over time, handle and face change, and maintain (or regain) contact with your values, your relationships, and your own well-being.

Personal Sustainability
There is a particular risk associated with working in a field with high emotional demands and where the suffering of others is part of everyday life. Your alarm system is constantly activated, but may not have time to turn off again. The body's nervous system becomes exhausted. Over time, this can lead to serious health problems. It also becomes more difficult to handle problems and the needs of others in the way you would like. Both at work - and at home.

My approach
I am an internationally certified coach and work with techniques that provide overview, perspecitve and identify possible actions. My coaching incorporates knowledge about the brain and cognitive processes, so you can become aware of underlying beliefs and patterns that may be limiting you. In the same way, you can find new alternatives and form lasting habits.

I have worked in NGOs for over 20 years and know the sector from the inside. I understand both the great privilege of having such meaningful work - and the health challenges that can come with it.

In my work with stress management and burnout, I draw on my specialty as a trauma and stress coach. I share knowledge and techniques and help you incorporate what works best for you.

My background as a top and middle manager means that it is not just theory, but many years of practical experience that form the basis of my management-coaching.

I tailor the design of a session or package to your goals and wishes. After each session you will receive a written summary of the most important points and tools, so they are easily accessible in the future.

I work with individual sessions to address specific challenges, such as controlling your nerves in a particular situation, but recommend a package of 3, 5 or 7 sessions to get the maximum benefit from the coaching.
