About
I am an internationally certified (ICF) coach and advisor with a specialization in leadership, stress and trauma. I combine a science-based approach with 20+ years of experience in the human rights field in a variety of roles. As a researcher, I documented sexual abuse, rape, violence, police brutality and discrimination in the US. I served in management for over 12 years, five of these as Secretary General in Amnesty International Denmark.

Today, I work with individuals, teams and organisations to address stress and trauma and to improve overall mental health and wellbeing. My particular focus is on supporting those who work to address suffering, conflict and injustice.

I currently live in Denmark. Previously, I have lived, studied and worked in Singapore, Tanzania, Portugal, Argentina and for 11 years, in the USA.

I am married to Anders and mother to Helena and Rebecca.
